Department of Labor Considering New Fiduciary Rule

WHAT HAPPENED?

Seven months after the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled to eradicate the Department of Labor (DOL) Fiduciary Rule, a plan for a revised replacement has been announced.

According to its fall agenda, the DOL plans to issue a revised Fiduciary Rule in September 2019.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR ME?
